We require your name, billing address, phone number and email address. If your service or drop-off is at a different address, we need that address. We require a signed contract. This can be done by email with electronic signatures. We require payment in advance. You can pay by credit card using our Square account or you can pay cash when the driver arrives. We accept paper checks with prior notice and approval.

We provide 15 cubic yard, roll-off dump containers.

A 15 cubic yard dumpster will hold 3 to 4 rooms of debris, 3 if there are a lot of furniture pieces. Shingles are quite heavy, a small roof, 1 layer of shingles removed, can easily reach 3,000 lbs. A larger roof may need an interim dump and the dumpster returned empty for an additional load. If your load is heavier than 3,000 lbs at the landfill, there will be a fee assessed for the amount of weight over the 3,000 lbs maximum load weight. The dumpster can hold more than 3,000 lbs but our fees include a prepaid dump fee for only up to 3,000 lbs.

Yes, our dumpster fee includes the cost for disposing of up to 3,000 lbs weight limit. When you rent your dumpster, we’ll make it clear what the weight limit of your dumpster is. Going over this limit will result in a per-1,000 lbs overage fee, so keep it in mind as you complete your cleanup.

If you don’t have enough room for a dumpster on-site, you can usually keep it on the street in front of or next to your work area. However, you may need a permit depending on the city you’re working in. Contact your city government to inquire prior to obtaining a dumpster. 

Depending on availability and our current schedule, we can usually deliver your dumpster in one to three business days. If availability allows, we can sometimes deliver your dumpster the same or next business day. Get in touch with our team if you need a container ASAP.

Deliveries can happen between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time. We will try to accommodate requests for specific times. We often cannot guarantee a time, as driver’s routes are determined the day of delivery for maximum efficiency. If you need your dumpster to get working by a specific time of day, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before to keep your project moving.

Make sure the drop-off location is accessible and clear before your dumpster arrives. This means moving cars, equipment and other potential obstacles out of the way. You should also open any entry gates to your property.

No, you don’t have to be present when your dumpster rental arrives, but make sure our driver can reach the drop-off location on your scheduled delivery date. This means moving cars, equipment and other potential obstacles out of the way before we get there. Make sure the delivery location is clearly marked or you spoke with the driver. You must pay at time of drop-off or prior to delivery. The driver can take payment in cash, card or by paper check.

We can deliver your bin to a flat, paved surface close to where you’re working. Your driveway usually works best for residential projects, while construction sites should designate a waste and recycling area. We can also drop off your dumpster in the street, as long as the city allows it. You may need a permit for street placement, however. Reach out to your city for permitting details.

While we carefully lower your dumpster rental onto your driveway, scratches are possible. If you’re worried about damaging your driveway, please advise us of that when you order and OAP will supply plywood to place under the wheels. This helps prevent unwanted scrapes and scratches.

No, we cannot move your dumpster to a different driveway or jobsite after it’s been delivered. However, we can move your dumpster to a more convenient spot on your property for an additional charge if needed. Marking the delivery spot ensures we place your container exactly where you want it.

No, you’re not responsible for emptying your dumpster. Our driver will remove your roll off container shortly after you request pickup.

Scheduling your dumpster pickup is easy, all you have to do is text or call and we’ll remove your full-roll off container as soon as possible. 

When you request pickup you can schedule what date you'd like it to be removed. We'll follow up to confirm your requested date. Your dumpster can be picked up any time on your pickup date. 

Our flat-rate pricing means you’re paying for your dumpster rental as one service. Your price is the same whether your dumpster is picked up early or not. Once the dumpster is delivered and the driver has left, there are no refunds, even if the dumpster is not used for the planned purpose.

You are strictly prohibited from placing hazardous materials into the Dumpster for disposal. This includes, but is not limited to, fuel, antifreeze, paint, household chemicals, Freon, oil, etc. In addition, tires, and batteries are also prohibited. If prohibited items are found at the landfill, you may be assessed an additional fee for disposal of those items. This additional fee will be invoiced to you. When the dumpster is on your property, you are responsible for what is placed in it. Do not let strangers or neighbors place items in the dumpster unless you are aware of what those items are and approve. Be mindful of your 3,000 lb weight limit as well.
